Bill
You can put all your consumptions (drinks, massages, etc.) on the room number. The bill can be paid until 09.00 pm or from 08.00 am at the reception.
Breakfast
Time: from 07.30 am to 10.00 am in the restaurant – ground floor
We are glad if you like our breakfast buffet, but please do not take away food except for your breakfast. If you want to have a lunch package (€ 8,00) we can prepare it for you.
Cafè
We spoil you with our delicious coffee and homemade pastries.
Cancellation terms
In case of a binding reservation, the following cancellation policies apply:
Up to 6 weeks before the agreed arrival day of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee by a written declaration
In case of cancellation between 6 weeks before the arrival day until 2 weeks before the arrival day at the latest, 40% of the room price will be charged
In case of cancellation between 14 days and latest 7 days before the arrival day 70% of the room price will be charged
In case of cancellation in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the agreed room price will be charged
In case of cancellation of the contract by the guest 6 weeks or more before the arrival date, we will charge the guest
the deposit will be retained by us as a cancellation fee, in particular due to the time and effort involved in processing the cancellation
Dinner
Our chef de cuisine and the headwaiter are very willing to satisfy your comforts.

Dogs
Are allowed on request.
We charge between € 15,00 and € 20,00 depending on the size of the dog per day (without food). We beg you to walk your dog on a lead and not to take it in our wellness area or restaurant area.
E-Bike and E-Mountain bike
We have E-Mountainbikes for rental in our hotel. For information and reservation please ask directly at the reception.
Eletronic apparatuses and power
Apart from hair dryer and shaver you are not allowed to use electronic apparatuses. Our normal voltage is 200 V alternating current.

Hotel entrance
When you go out in the evening take the key with you. The chip on the key open the main door. Ask at the reception for description.
Is the local tax included?
No. The tax is an extra payment which goes to the tourism office as a locally contribution.

Payment
As payment of your bill we accept cash, debit card, Mastercard and Visa.
Post-box
We bring your letters and postcards to the post office. If you need stamps we manage that for you.

There are 2 thermal spas in Bad Kleinkirchheim:
The thermal spa “St. Kathrein” is situated opposite our hotel
The thermal spa “Römerbad” is in the upper center of Bad Kleinkirchheim, about 1,5 km away from our hotel
